Dropped the car at Harper's. I received a phone call a couple of hours later saying saying the winter tires were off and the summer tires were on. I have been doing this for years and it always goes well.

5 star for what you control. New Michelins were expensive and it takes Michelin Canada 6-8 weeks to write a cheque??

I always take my car to Harper's. They are professional and I feel confident that they won't complete or 'find' anything that isn't necessary. Prompt and polite, always a great experience.

Love Tom and the team for always taking great care of us and our vehicles, even last minute issues they fit us in . They let me know ahead of time what we need to prepare for with each checkup . Honest, friendly family run business.
