Any faults are clearly outlined in the service report back to the Customer. That's why I feel comfortable and trust Harper's Tire. |

| Harper's was AMAZING. Not only did they assist me on a warranty replacement for a tire that was not originally purchased through them, but they were friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. I used to buy my tires online; I now plan to order tires for all four of my cars through Harper's - a LandRover, Maserati, BMW and Ferrari. | This was my first time to Harper's Tire and I was very pleased with the friendly and helpful staff. The estimate they gave me was exactly what I paid. They told me how long it would take and when I came back my car was ready. When I brought my car back for the 150 km check it took 5 minutes! A positive, stress free experience! |

| 5-After dealing with Harper's for nearly 40 years, I've yet to find a more competent and fairminded / honest shop in Calgary. I've never once had to return because work wasn't performed properly. Evans' knowledge of old and new cars is unequalled, and he goes out of his way to ensure I undertand what's required and why. All of the front counter staff, and Gord in particular, are exceptional. Kevin has been the anchor in the tire shop for years, to the point I recommend high end and classic car owners ask for him specifically. |

| Service was excellent as usual. the shop did not reset the tire pressure monitor. As a result I had to return to get this taken care of. |
