| Harpers got my tires on, other set stored and replaced the transmission fluid. All in good time. They even cleaned the skid plate of accumulated mud. Always friendly! |

| Great service. Only hickup is that they have two customers with the same name. The first time I went to pick up my vehicle, it was the "other XXX" who's car was finished. BUT given how they were squeezing us in and the timeliness of the winter tire swap, little things like this are understandable. |

| Overall, I am impressed with this company. The people at the front desk were more knowledgeable than most, and knew about Michelin hard to find tires. Tires were dropped off and swapped for winter tires and returned as requested. Installation was clean and no problems with the rims. The only reason they don't get 5 stars, is their pricing was slightly higher than most. |

| Harper's is an excellent location for work to get completed. One item of not on my tire changeout is that my TPMS lights would not reset. I discovered all of my tired were overinflated to 39 psi. Once I released air in each one, the TPMS reset. Just a heads-up that a gauge may need recalibration. |

| I arrived at about 7:45 a.m. the day before the cold weather hit. Lots of other people there, but service was quick and they said they would have the car ready by noon. I wasn't able to be there until just after 5:00, they were still open serving customers. Very reasonable prices. A bit far from Transit. |

| Staff was very friendly as always, but not sure about value for money and also so hard to book an appointment, can't get any even a month ahead ?? |
