I arrived at about 7:45 a.m. the day before the cold weather hit. Lots of other people there, but service was quick and they said they would have the car ready by noon. I wasn't able to be there until just after 5:00, they were still open serving customers. Very reasonable prices. A bit far from Transit.

Staff was very friendly as always, but not sure about value for money and also so hard to book an appointment, can't get any even a month ahead ??

I was pleased to get an appointment quickly when I called! The work was done well as far as I can tell. I came back to get my tires torqued and it was done quickly by a cheerful mechanic. The only down side was when I came in for my 8:00 appointment, I was told I was scheduled for 9:00 (not cool)- and so spent an extra hour waiting for my car. I had time that day, so it wasn't a big deal, but if I had had another schedule, I wouldn't have been able to keep my day on track. On the whole, though, so friendly and capable - the whole shop has a good, quality feel to it. Thanks!

Usually good service but they lost the centre piece of one of our wheels.

They replaced the fuel pump, but the car was not put back correctly or reset to be drivable. Specifically, the rear seat belt latches were not threaded through to be accessible causing considerable time to fix just as we trying to leave on a long journey. Additionally, when the car was warm, it wouldn't restart. This was tracked down to the computer controls for the throttle body. When the battery is disconnected for more than 1 hour, the system should be reset for the car to work properly. So, disappointing to have spent $750 and have to take the car to a garage while on vacation to get it fixed again. Both of these issues were simple and should have been dealt with before returning the car to me.
