| I booked an out of province inspection over the phone with a staff member who I do not know the name of . When I arrived at the appointment on time, Bob O. told me that I had to get an inspection report from Tesla in order to do the inspection. Now he knew that right away and I had no idea. I asked why I was not told this in advance and he just shrugged his shoulders. I told him I would drive to tesla right away which was about a 5 minute drive. When I went to Tesla they said they sent me to Harper tire because they did a car before there and know that they need a report on the car from Tesla. So they acted quickly and sent me a report within an hour. They told me they told this same thing to Harper Tire when they had a car before. I told this information to Bob. O and he said that is not true. I am not sure who is lying but I think based on Tesla recommending them and both placing know a report was needed, it was Harpers responsibility to tell the customer to get the report or ask for my VIN and request the report as Tesla said and told them to do it the next time they have a Tesla. And finally, they had the job done just before closing and I told the guy on the phone to leave the car out from with the key under the seat and I could open the car as I would be late as I had to take Uber to get there and gave him my credit card over the phone. Well I was cold and a storm was starting and the uber driver dropped me off, and guess what, they did not leave the car outside but put in it the garage. They said is was a misunderstanding. Well it cost me $20 uber back home and back again the next day. So this was a terrible service experience from start to finish. |
