Service was excellent as usual. the shop did not reset the tire pressure monitor. As a result I had to return to get this taken care of.

Harpers got my tires on, other set stored and replaced the transmission fluid. All in good time. They even cleaned the skid plate of accumulated mud. Always friendly!

Great service. Only hickup is that they have two customers with the same name. The first time I went to pick up my vehicle, it was the "other XXX" who's car was finished. BUT given how they were squeezing us in and the timeliness of the winter tire swap, little things like this are understandable.
