| I have been a customer for almost 50 years. Other than warranty issues I will never visit a car dealership again. You fill the basic needs for my cars, provide expert advice when I ask and the relationship with the All Stars at the front desk and some of the mechanics I have come to know, is paramount. My thanks and appreciation. |

| Twice in a 7 day period, Harper's managed to fit me in for a tire repair, finish it in a very short time, and charge me way less than I would've paid elsewhere. They are so polite and knowledgeable, and it's way less nerve-wracking when you know Harper's can help you out. |
